Jurgensen
was an NFL QUARTERBACK for both the Philadelphia Eagles (1957 – 1963) and the Washington Redskins (1964 – 1974).  He won an NFL Championship with the Philadelphia Eagles in 1960 and was named to FIVE Pro Bowls (1961, 1964, 1966, 1967, 1969).  Jurgensen was selected as a member of the NFL 1960’s ALL-DECADE TEAM and is honored in BOTH the Philadelphia Eagles “Hall of Fame” and the Washington Redskins “Ring of Honor”.  Sonny Jurgensen was
inducted into the PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME in 1983
.
CONDITION:
check measures about 3 x 8 ¼ inches in size and is in EXCELLENT original condition with strong, bold signatures.  There are two vertical folds but NO rips or tears (see SCANS).
